LEADERSHIP
Masters Games Association Of Kerala - Joint Convener – Yogasana Team
In this role, she contributes to the coordination and development of the state Yogasana team for national-level competitions.
Her responsibilities include:
Coordinating the state Yogasana team for national competitions
Mentoring and supporting athletes in competition preparation
Contributing to team planning and performance management
Supporting athletes in developing discipline, confidence and consistency
Contributing to the team's national-level competitive journey
She was also part of the team that secured Overall Championship Titles at the National Level in 2025 at Himachal Pradesh and in 2026 at Pune (Pimpri-Chinchwad).
Judging Panel
Viji has also been part of the Organizing Team Member as well as Judging Panel for WFF Yogasana State.
District Championship conducted by Yogasana Ernakulam, affiliated to Yogasana Bharat.
Her experience as an athlete, orgainising member and member in judging panel provides her with a broader perspective on Yogasana practice, performance, discipline and presentation.
She holds Dual Masters degrees in Business Administration and International Relations, along with Dual Bachelor’s degrees in Academic Laws (BAL) and Commerce. She has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and a Diploma in Indian and Foreign Accounting, certified by the International Association of Bookkeepers (IAB), UK.
Her academic journey, spanning business, law, international relations, public administration, and accounting, has equipped her with a broad and integrated perspective. This multidisciplinary foundation enables Viji to approach personal and professional development holistically, combining diverse areas of knowledge to support wellness, effective leadership, organisational growth, and continuous professional development.
